Course Information
The ARRIVE leadership induction program has been designed to integrate newly appointed leaders, internally and externally recruited into the Trust, to equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and cultural insights to succeed in their roles. The program will give new leaders and people managers an understanding of the Trust’s mission, vision, and values, as well as its strategic goals.
Target Audience
This is for newly appointed leaders, internally and externally recruited into the Trust.
