Course Information
The Achieving Sustainability course aims to enable participants to recognise and value the importance of the Baby Friendly Initiative standards for improving Health and well being of babies, mothers, and their families and to further consider how best to support the embedding of the standards.
It explores the four key standards (Leadership, Culture, Monitoring and Progression) in detail.
The course is suitable for Team leaders, and the Senior leadership team.
Learning Outcomes
To
ensure Senior leadership team and managers of Health visiting service are fully
aware of the baby friendly initiative standards and how best to support staff
to embed these standards into routine care for families.

Mersey care 0-19 Health visiting Team leaders and Health visiting Senior leadership team
