Course Information
The Allyship Event is a focused development session designed to help senior leaders explore what meaningful allyship is in practice as a leadership capability. The session will explore racism as a systemic issue, recognise how power, privilege and leadership silence, shape staff experience. The session supports leaders to reflect on their influence, strengthen their awareness, and build the confidence to take intentional, values led action that fosters fairness, inclusion and psychological safety.
Target Audience
The event is aimed specifically at Band 8b - band 8d leaders, who are invited to book onto one of the session dates listed below.
