- How to access your Team / Service level data from the Staff Survey
- What information you should focus on
- Why facilitating a session with your team is so important and the impact this has on staff engagement
- What types of questions you should be asking staff
- How you can structure a session
- What actions you should take following your staff survey session
- A practical toolkit will be available to you following the session
