- Demonstrate their skills and knowledge to work safely with patient carers and families.
- Explain and understand the responsibility of the Health Care Assistant Code of Conduct.
- Describe the learning requirements from Francis and Cavendish Reports.
- The Care Certificate is applicable across both health and social care.
- Portable across healthcare roles and transferable between employers.
Target Audience
New Employees as part of their induction.
Existing staff bands 2 and 4 can be enrolled by a request from either themselves or their manager.
