Learning Outcomes
- Know what makes challenging conversations challenging
- Be able to use a number of strategies and skills before, during and after such a meeting, to ensure they are as professional and effective as possible
- Be more confident and effective in having such conversations
Target Audience
Available to all Merseycare NHS Trust staff members.
This one day course is particularly suitable for anyone, and especially managers, who may need to have a conversation with others that you might find challenging or uncomfortable.
