Course Information
This session is Day 3 of a 3-day ‘Leading for Belonging’ programme where leaders and managers will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to foster a culture of belonging in their team and services.
Learning Outcomes
- Recap on what Restorative Just Culture is and how Mersey Care respond when things don’t go as planned or intended
- To understand the principles and practices of compassionate leadership and how this plays out in different contexts
- How to approach resolution and restoration through different models
- To be able to foster a learning culture through closing the learning loop and providing two-way constructive feedback
- To be able to make connections across the entirety of the programme in order to lead towards a culture of belonging
