A training session to prepare any Staff member who is undertaking an EIA on a function, service, policy, strategy, SIP or procurement on behalf of the Trust
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the new EIA templates and assessment procesess
- Understand the legal duties of public authorities to undertake an EIA
- Gain insight into how new ot reviewed policies, systems and strategies may have the potential for differential impack against the protected characteristics, defind under the Equaly Act (2010)
- Undertake their role in completing EIA's, and being clear about resources and advisory systems to discharge this role competently
