Family Support Lead Forum

PSIRF encourages meaningful and compassionate engagement with all those affected by a patient safety incident. This can be patients, families, carers, and our staff. Family Support Leads can be nominated for within our clinical teams to carry out this supportive role as part of any patient safety review. This forum, held on a six-monthly basis, is an opportunity to update skills, knowledge and share experiences for existing or prospective Family Support Leads who carry out this vital role as part of our PSIRF arrangements.
