Course Information
The Team Canvas is a high performing team framework based on the Affina Team Based Working model, ensuring high performing teams principles in every team. It will be linked to the Trust QRV assessments from April 2021 and is also included in the Trust Team Accreditation framework.

  • ​Explain the benefits of Team Based Working
  • Identify key metrics to measure team performance
  • Apply the principles of a high performing team framework co-creating purpose, operating principles and objectives
  • Review team roles, interdependence and relationships with other teams
  • Co-create a Team Canvas with your team and access supporting documentation and tools​
Target Audience
Team Leaders This course makes up one of the Modules for the ARRIVE Programme, all those completing ARRIVE should complete this course.
