IM Online Learning

We’re pleased to announce the launch of IM Online Learning, our brand-new digital skills training platform from NHS Informatics Merseyside (IM). Designed to help you build digital confidence and get the most out of the systems you use every day, IM Online Learning offers: • 24/7 access to interactive courses and easy-to-follow guides • Role specific clinical systems training • A personalised dashboard to track your progress and download certificates • The option to book or request training sessions (on-site or virtual). From Microsoft 365 tools to clinical and digital systems, our new digital skills training platform is an improvement on our previous Learning Management System (LMS) - offering easier access to the support you need, when you need it. Get started Go to IM Online Learning and select Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust from the dropdown list. Please ensure you are logged in to your work device using your username and password. Guidance on how to navigate and get the most benefit from the platform can be found on the home screen. A link to the new platform is also available from the Digital Zone on YourSpace.
