Course Information

LEO is a powerful three-day virtual programme designed to develop confident, inspirational leaders. Designed for people in any organisation, LEO is based on principles of respect, dignity and empowerment.

Learning Outcomes

• Identification of your current level of responsibility, authority and accountability

• Skills development to build honest, open relationships based on trust and mutual respect

• Ideas to develop your personal and organisational capacity

• Ways to implement effective, non-punitive responses to mistakes

• Leading change though consensus and dialogue

• Creating a personal development plan for your leadership role

Target Audience

This programme is aimed at aspiring leaders in any role, service or band. At the moment we are only putting sessions on for protected characteristics. The LEO course is still part of our THRIVE programme where you can complete the 3 day course within THRIVE
