Course Information
The session is designed to provide an overview of the role of the loggist who will document actions, decisions and their rationale on behalf of an incident commander during an incident.

- Describe how guidance applies to Mersey Care
- Explain Mersey Care responsibilities to prepare for
emergencies and major incident
- Discuss types of emergencies and threats
- Describe where a decision loggist may be utilised
- Describe legal aspects and requirements in relation to
Decision Logs, records and documentation
- Demonstrate
and practice the skills and methods of decision logging
