Managing Sickness Absence (Community Division Only)

In our continued commitment to support the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and with the agreement of the Community Division Senior Leadership Team, a series of sickness absence workshops will be held for all Community Division team leaders, line managers and operational managers throughout March and April 2020. This is also in line with our Sickness Absence Reduction Plan. The workshops will be absence management focused and aim to coach and support you in the application of the supporting attendance policy and other associated health and wellbeing policies.
