Target Audience
The course is ideal for staff of all grades and roles; however Line Managers, Human Resources and staff dealing with the public will find this especially beneficial. A full resource book is provided as part of the training day and feedback is consistently excellent with participants feeling they have gained knowledge and practical information to recognise signs and symptoms and know how to respond appropriately. We know that the sooner a staff member or colleague receives appropriate support and signposting the faster the recovery thus assisting with sickness absence reduction and costs for organisations.
