Course Information
This learning event will revisit an already established process currently in place across all community services and build upon existing Knowledge. An interactive approach will be used to maximise the opportunity to share any learning amongst participants. Learning Outcomes
  • ​ To understand the importance of completing  safety huddles daily within the team to ensure patient and staff safety is maintained.
  • To be confident in the completion of the safety huddle and understand the rationale for its completion.
  • To recognise the benefits of utilising the safety huddle.
