Course Information
This is an interactive style Oxford Learning Event aimed at reducing drug errors based on the Five “Rights of Medicine” looking at each of the activities which promote safe and effective medicine management at each stage of the medicines journey.
Learning Outcomes
  • ​To promote medicines safety in clinical practice
  • To ensure a greater understanding of the impact of medication errors in relation to patient harm
  • To raise awareness of both accountability and responsibility in relation to medicine administration
