Patient Safety Learning Event

Sefton Place, CYP and Families are holding there first patient safety learning event. This event will look back over the past year and review the introduction of PSIRF and have subject matter experts to discuss and share positive practice and learning. Lunch and refreshments will be provided for the event. All staff and grades from all professions who work in Sefton Place, CYP and Families are welcome.
