Course Information
Training is an additional module sperate to the Arrive Essentials HR2 – Supporting Attendance for Managers training and will give Managers the skills to be able to progress to stage 3 under the HR07 Supporting Health and Wellbeing (Attendance) policy. The training will also support what documentation to be included within a Stage 3 report.
Learning Outcomes

•          To understand when progression to Short term or Long term Stage 3 is appropriate

•          To understand what documentation to include in a Stage 3 report
