This course aims to improve our people processes in a supportive way, bring to life Mersey Care’s People Plan, our Just and Learning objectives and our trust values and behaviours. The workshop will be highly interactive and practical. This Trust Wide programme aims to inform all colleagues

• Mersey Care’s journey so far
• How we can all be active RJLC ambassadors and contribute to creating a Restorative Just and Learning Culture within our teams.
Learning Outcomes
By
the end of the workshop you will be able to:

Describe what a Just &
Learning Culture is and how we can achieve it.
·
Explain the importance of respect & civility
in the workplace.
·
Describe the four-step restorative
practice process and you can implement it in your work area.

training is not mandatory
Target Audience
We are all seen to be RJLC Ambassadors within our Job Descriptions. Therefore this session invites everybody in the Trust to attend. This course also makes up one of the Modules for the ARRIVE Programme, all those completing ARRIVE should complete this course.
