  • Engage with routine enquires confidently,
  • Provide Safety Advice for those experiencing domestic abuse with a trauma informed approach.
  • Give examples of relevant support services available.
  • Know how to access the Trusts Domestic Abuse Policy and Guidance and Intranet Resources. To escalate and refer to relevant partner agencies.
