The NHS Staff Survey is one of the biggest workforce surveys in the world and gives colleagues a confidential way to share what it’s really like to work in the NHS. Aligned to the NHS People Promise, it helps Mersey Care understand staff experience, identify what’s working well, and highlight where improvement is needed. To help you get the most out of this year’s results, join us for a Staff Survey Lunch & Learn session. We’ll walk through what the latest Trust-wide findings are telling us, how the survey is structured, and how you can access and interpret your team or service level data.
