Course Information
A 50-minute session to help Managers and staff interested in the findings of the NHS Staff Survey. The session will provide a high-level overview of Trust findings alongside support and guidance on how to obtain and utilise more localised results. This session promotes a collaborative approach to sharing and using Staff Survey findings within a division, service, area and/or team to inform improvement, with the aim of having a positive impact on people’s experience of work.
Learning Outcomes
To gain awareness of the latest Trust Staff Survey findings
To be able to access further breakdowns of Staff Survey data via the Trust BiT
To understand the Trust’s approach to utilising and acting on colleague feedback using Your Voice Your Change methodology
To understand the importance of sharing and acting on feedback from colleagues in order to help improve people’s experience of work
To commence a plan for sharing results in your own area, using a collaborative approach to agree and undertake meaningful action
To be able to use Trust mechanisms, such as Team Canvas, to help support the cascade and use of NHS Staff Survey results
