Course Information
Throughout the survey period, we will be hosting a series of Staff Survey Information Sessions. These sessions are designed to help colleagues better understand the purpose of the survey, why their feedback matters, and how survey results are used to drive improvements across the Trust.
Attendees will receive an overview of the survey, key dates, and guidance on how to take part. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, raise any concerns, and learn more about how staff feedback contributes to shaping positive change for both colleagues and the services we provide.
