Our programmes are designed against, current knowledge, skills, roles and responsibilities and not on Job Bands. To ensure that you are accessing the right programme for your development we utilise a Leadership and Culture Training Needs Assessment (TNA) designed to identify some training needs related to your leadership development. The other element of the programme alignment is your roles and responsibilities within your job.
