Course Information
In this session, delegates will learn the tools to be able to use TED with their teams. It will equip delegates with the ability to use the TED system, interpret TED survey feedback and facilitate team based conversations for continuous improvement and increased team engagement.

- To understand what TED is, why it focuses on team
engagement and development
- To understand our Merseycare manager led pilot approach
- To learn how to access TED and use the TED tool and
resources
- To know how to use the TED report to identify your team’s
strengths and development areas
- To understand the key stages of running TED with
your teams

N/A – trained colleagues will have access to TED
community for ongoing development

Team leaders and managers with people management responsibilities
Please note this is a pilot project and delegates will be required to commit to providing ongoing feedback and run a TED with their team to support impact evaluation
