Course Information
A half day virtual forum held twice a year for those in managerial roles from Bands 6 and above.
The topics for the forum will change depending on key issues at the time, but will focus on:
- Executive updates
- The strategic direction of the Trust and delivery of the Trust's operational plan
- Facilitating connectivity across the Trust and wider system.
- Specific focus on relevant Key Topics e.g. CQC Preparation, Winter Planning
