This interactive workshop extensively uses group discussion, group work, and role play to meet the Learning Outcomes.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand the principles of Motivational Interviewing
(MI) and how they can be used within the change process
- Understand the stages of change cycle
- Using group discussion, understand the place of MI in
your clinical practice
- Using role play, practice the principles of MI
- Identify how MI techniques can be used to help patients
move towards change
