Mersey Care has given the commitment that identified support staff, Band 2-4, will have the opportunity to complete the Care Certificate training. The uptake of the Care Certificate will directly impact upon our patient experience and contribute to our vision of “Our vision is to lead the way in whole-person, life-long care that helps people live happier, healthier lives”.
